Scentsy Story
Hi, my name is Tommie Alvarado and I am a native to Corpus Christi, TX. I am a mommy to 4 amazing children and have been married for 15 years. 5 years ago, I was promoted to Grandma. Being a grandma has taught another type of or love that I never existed. She’s such a smart and fun little human. I love her a ton.
I was introduced to Scentsy December 2010 when I had purchased the Zebra nightlight (plug in at that time & I still have) and a brick of You Go Girl. I bought it because it was pink and pink is my favorite color. I had my first home party November 15, 2010. It was a success! My friend asked me, "Why don't you join?" and said, "You would be great at doing this! It's so much fun!"
So November 15, 2011 after my home party, I JOINED! I wasn't scared. I just did it! I made so many mistakes. I wanted to quit because it wasn't going my way. Thank God I didn't or haven't! I am now a Star Consultant and am working my way to Director. Yes, it's been a slow ride for me, but I know and I feel, that Director is right around the corner. I am so happy that I am with a company who cares so much about their consultants. Heidi and Orville Thompson give so much to their consultants and give back to the community. I love it!
